Aurora
Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 1995, from Stavanger) is the name of a Norwegian music producer and a singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves is released in May of 2015 by Decca Records. It has received high praise from the blogs and the press. Half the World Away, by the Oasis group for John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole are among her most well-known recordings. Katy Perry's support for her song Runaway on her blog brought the singer additional acknowledgement. Enjoy her day. Aurora Aksnes earliest musical memory is of finding a piano in her attic and being fascinated by the sounds it would make. Jan Oystein Aksnes, her parents May Britt Aksnes, and Jan Oystein Aksnes, encouraged their daughter to take up music more as a hobby than a profession. The Aksnes family encouraged her to compose. She is credited with Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen, along with Bjork for being among her inspirations. She began performing her music in public when her mom suggested they might help others not to gain fame with her work but to make people see around them realize the importance of their work and how they could impact the world. She began playing the piano as her primary instrument at the age of six, and she started writing music when she turned nine. It was not until she turned 14 that she revealed her plans to her parents. Aurora wasn't a childhood dream. She says she just likes creating songs. For her, music is the only method of feeling anything.
